Relying on the local constant temperature manufacturing base and DIN ISO Class 7 clean assembly line, the German processes such as FEM finite element optimization, integrated gear/shaft machining, and ≤G1.0 dynamic balancing are fully implemented, achieving a ≥15% increase in spindle rigidity and a ≥20% reduction in temperature rise for the same specification.

From concept review to batch SOP, we adhere to the VDA 6.3 project gating process throughout. Key dimensions are monitored with 100% imported European measuring instruments. Upon delivery, customers enjoy a 12-month warranty equivalent to the original German manufacturer's warranty. For jointly developed spindles, we maintain our position as the sole supplier.
